The unifying aspects of Waacking & House Dance (music history\, queer roots\, freedom of expression\, the club) will be in the spotlight of the weekend. The snackish theme will be creatively woven into the program because\, food connects people! \n*SOLD OUT* FRIDAY: WARM UP SESSION + SnackAttack18:00-21:00@Ann and PatThe Warm Up Session will be a welcoming get together for people who travel from afar and already arrive on the day before the main event or simply want to connect! Here you have the opportunity to get to know the local Waacking Community and join their after-session “SnackAttack” ritual. Bring your favorite Snacks & Drinks! \nSATURDAY: WORKSHOPS@sonnensteinloftHeld by three Judges\, the Workshops will not be labeled to any specific Dance Style rather than focussing on a specific topic that can be explored in any style*SOLD OUT* Mariana 11:00-12:15*SOLD OUT* Romy 12:30-13:45*SOLD OUT* Haddi 14:00-15:15*SOLD OUT* History Lecture & Talk 15:15-16:00 \nSATURDAY: MAIN EVENT *SOLD OUT*@sonnensteinloftOPEN DOORS: 17:00START PARTY PRESELECTION: 18:00This evening will be balancing battle culture & clubbing culture whereby the battle aspect will be staged in a more playful and less competitive manner. The battle system will be 1vs1 for both styles. Between rounds (30 seconds each)\, contestants will have 20 seconds to dance with each other to give the battle a more social twist.
